This notice describes how Mehandi Saga collects, uses, discloses, protects and retains personal data for enquiries, accounts and appointment fulfilment.

What we collect

Name, email, telephone number, authentication information, chosen service, appointment time, relevant service location, booking notes, payment and transaction references, and marketing preferences. We do not request NRIC numbers.

Why we use it

To create and secure your account, check availability, fulfil and manage bookings, communicate service reminders, handle payments or refunds, meet accounting and legal obligations, protect the service from abuse and—only with separate consent—send promotions.

Sharing and overseas processing

Necessary data may be processed by hosting, authentication, email, analytics, payment and messaging providers. The production business must document each provider, its location and contractual safeguards before launch.

Your choices and requests

You may withdraw optional marketing consent and request access to or correction of your personal data. Contact the Data Protection Officer, Shweta Agrawal Jalan, at [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may limit services that require the relevant information.

Retention and protection

Booking data is retained only while needed for service, dispute or legal purposes. Financial records may be retained for the statutory period. Administrative access is restricted and security events are reviewed. The production business must maintain a written retention schedule and breach-response procedure.
